In short, yes! The longer answer is that this Programme has been designed to cater for those of you with a low starting level of fitness. Over the 8 weeks we will guide you through exercises and your nutrition with the aim of making you fitter and stronger and in a position to tackle Ben Nevis. It does require your effort from the very start and we will be expecting you to do everything asked of you. See above question.
I have an injury and / or a medical condition can I take part?
That all depends on what the injury or condition is. If you are unsure whether you are able to take part in this Programme, then please contact the Team directly and let us know all the details and we will give you a call to discuss in more detail.
What happens once the Programme has finished?
Once the Programme has ended you will be a Warrior Princess and hopefully really happy with everything that you have achieved! There will be plenty more Programme and Challenge opportunities to take part in. Plus, once you have finished a Challenge you will also be given the opportunity to have online Personal Training with a qualified Warrior Princess Trainer. This is only available to people who have already completed a challenge.
