Give your fitness journey a clear focus (we do this with our exhilarating Challenges!) 2. Provide you with the practical expertise to get more active and feel great 3. Give you guidance and support at every step to ensure you stay 100% focused All so that you can achieve incredible things! Success in achieving your chosen Challenge is supported with your own online fitness and nutrition coaching Programme that week by week you will be guided and supported through. The Programme will give you everything you need to ensure Challenge success; from tailored workouts, meal plans and recipes to coaching videos and calls to make sure you stay accountable and on-track! You will complete the Programme and Challenge having achieved something fantastic that you never thought you could, or would do and feeling great about yourself.

CHALLENGE NAME 6 weeks to 5K Success Get your jog on! So if you want to get out there and run but you feel too self–conscious... You don’t think you are fit enough or fast enough to do a 5k. You might have tried running before but it was too tough, so you gave up. You REALLY want to run though and wish that this time you could get it right. And you can! 6 weeks of coaching and guidance so that you: Know your goals and how you will get there Get into the routine of running Understand what food your body needs to run effectively Stay motivated & accountable And of course… Succeed in running a 5K and have fun doing it! Imagine how completing that 5K will make you feel. The sense of achievement and exhilaration as you cross the finish line.
